The Cards of Reforge
The Blades
Blades are the main part of every sword. There’s only one of each in the deck, so you have to make due with what you get! Will you battle with the uber-powerful Compensator? Will you roll crits with the expertly stacked Dungeon Master? Will you go on the defense with the disarmingly cute Goodboye? Fate will decide!
Reforge: Kickstarter Edition comes with 19 unique blades as well as 5 unique Scary Things Expansion blades!
The Parts
Guards and grips attached to your blade provide attack and defense bonuses, as well as give you the ability to Reforge! Once you have a full blade with two guards and a grip, you have the option to discard them to the Salvage, increasing your Forge Level and upgrading your attack die!
Reforge: Kickstarter Edition comes with 7 unique part materials as well as 2 unique Scary Things Expansion part materials!
The Shields
Shields can give you an extra layer of defense. Each player can have one in play in their Forge at a time. Shields can only be destroyed if the attack meets or beats their stability. They will take the entire hit though, no matter how big!
Reforge: Kickstarter Edition comes with 4 unique shields as well as 2 unique Scary Things Expansion shields!
The Gadgets
Need an extra boost to your attack? Want to steal a card from a foe? Feel the urge to completely change the flow of the game? Gadgets are here to make all your dreams come true! These cards can be played as much as you want during your turn. A well timed gadget can shake up a game and turn the tides in your favor. Have mercy though (or don’t).
